The member representing Onitsha North 1 constituency in the Anambra state house of assembly, Barrister Chugbo Enwezor, has implored members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, to immediately embark on massive grassroots mobilisation to guarantee the party’s success in the forthcoming state house of assembly polls.
Barrister Enwezor made the call at Onitsha during a stakeholders’ forum of APGA in the local government area on Thursday.
He said that no stone should be left unturned to ensure that the next legislative arm of government in the state was dominated by the party in order to sustain the tempo of delivery of democracy dividends by the Obiano administration.
Barrister Enwezor also called on aggrieved members of the party to sheath their swords, and once again embrace the APGA philosophy of be your brothers and sisters keeper.
He pointed out that there are strong indications that the party has been positioned to play more vital and fruitful roles in the incoming dispensation in the country.
For his part, the member representing Onitsha North 2 constituency in the state house of assembly and the party’s candidate in the legislative poll, Engr. Edward Ibuzo, highlighted the various people oriented policies, programs and accomplishments of the present Anambra state government.
