One time PDP governorship aspirant in Delta state, Chief Sunny Onuesoke, has reacted swiftly to the defections of Senators and House of Reps members at the National Assembly, describing it as an act of God.
Reacting through his media aide, Stanley Efe, Onuesoke stated that the defection is a reflection of the yearnings and desire of the Nigerian masses.
“Early this year, I predicted this defection based on political permutations and realignment. This can be described as an act of God aimed at putting an end to the tyrannical reign of President Buhari and his cohorts.
Onuesoke also noted that the defection will mark the beginning of the fall of APC prominent chieftain, Bola Tinubu.
“As it stands now, PDP has emerged majority in the red chambers. This will help to checkmate the undue interference of the likes of Bola Tinubu, Adams Oshiomhole in the affairs of the National Assembly.
“In a couple of days from now, APC will witness more defections paving way for PDP to reclaim their stolen mandate come 2019.
“Saraki and Dogara should do the needful and heed the call to join the progressives in PDP where they rightly belong,” he noted.
