Delta 2019: Ex-militant leader predicts THIS for Okowa, says Asaba outing best ever for Atiku

President of the National Coalition of Niger Delta Ex-Agitators, NCNDE-A, Eshanekpe Israel, a.k.a Akpodoro, has called on the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta State, Chief Great Ogboru, and others who have their eyes on the Government House, Asaba not waste their money campaigning saying the incumbent Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, is home in victory at the March 2, 2019.

Akpodoro stated this in Asaba, the Delta state capital in a chat with our correspondent at the Peoples Democratic Party ally organised for its Presidential candidate and the former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on Thursday.

He described the Asaba rally for Atiku as the best organised so far since the Adamawa – born politician began his campaign for the 2019 presidential election bid to hold in a fortnight.

According to Akpodoro, the governor has a savvy for coming out the best in all he does noting that he painstakingly organised the Asaba rally the manner he had organised successful events including the PDP’s national convention amongst other notable success achieved by the Ika – born state executive in the past.

Specifically, Akpodoro noted that the orderly conduct of the crowd was a testimony that “Okowa is a good organiser who deserves award in human and material management.”

He stated further that such was the expertise the governor had deployed in the growth and development of the oil-rich state since his inception in office as he called on the electorates never to let the governor down.

He said; “he has done so many things that even his political foes are happy with him. How come other parties are not campaigning? It’s because they have nothing to campaign about owing to the fact that the governor has smoothened the would have been rough edges in his governance.

“It follows that no sensible candidate of any party should compete with him because such efforts will be largely futile. From the elderly, through the youth and all stakeholders in the Delta project, Okowa’s ability to bequeath a stronger and more reliable Delta state at the fullness of time in 2023 is not in doubt because he has no rival.

“I called on all other candidates to announce their withdrawal from the race.”

He added that whoever will rise against Governor Okowa at the poll will surely be defeated before 1pm on the election day.
