“The utcome of the governorship primaries in Ekiti State by our great party the PDP, is a pointer to the fact that PDP remains the best model for democratic advancement in our Country and Africa as a whole. We have shown time without number what it means to practice true democracy and the just concluded PDP Ekiti Guber primaries is a further prove of that fact” he said.
“Once again the ever reliable and workaholic governor has proven himself to be great national asset for our party by conducting the best PDP primaries in Ekiti State, a further indication of his dynamic, innovative and transparent qualities which he has shown over the past three years as Governor of Delta state”
“Let me urge the All progressives Congress (APC) to be humble enough to undergo a one day crash course on how to conduct a free, fair and credible primaries under the tutelage of pdp, so as to enable them conduct their rescheduled primaries election on Friday to avoid another disruption” he added.
Onuesoke also called on all PDP stakeholders in Ekiti Sate, especially Prof. Kolapo Olusola-Eleka and Mr Dayo Adeyeye to forge a common front now that that primaries are over, urging them to work together to ensure a landslide victory for the party in the July 14th governorship election in the state
