NANS awards president of Royal Mira school certificate of credence for global impact

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), on Wednesday awarded the President of Royal Mira All Saints International School, Asaba, Moses Iduh, with ‘Certificate of Credence For Global impact in recognition of his contribution to the educational sector.

Speaking during the presentation of the award at the school, the Deputy Speaker of All African Students Association, Comrade Armstrong Ovie, said the award was in line with their resolve to protect and stand for quality education in line with international best standards in the sector.

Armstrong noted that the association has seen that Royal Mira All Saints International School Asaba is a rare citadel of learning with serene environment, quality manpower, state of the art educational facilities and equipment, as well as international curricular in line with global standards in education.

He said the above qualities, his supports during the association’s elections and many more necessitated the presentation of the award to the vision bearer of the institution in appreciation for his passion in building future generation that would position the country in its pride of place among comity of nations.

He said that Nigerian students have identified him as a worthy ambassador in the sector, a friend of the association and urged him to continue in his good work, adding that his friend would remain theirs and his enemies, theirs also.

“We believe so much in peace, because we are peaceful and law abiding citizens of Nigeria.  We love progress and any form of intimidation or hiccup on the wheel of progress we will resist,” he added.

Also speaking, Hon. Leo noted the president of Royal Mira School as a humble leader whose taste for standard is unique, with immense passion for human capital development as seen in the quality of his institution, students and staff, adding that he is a leader who believes so much in building his followers.

He said that his venture into the educational sector was to set a pace for others to follow and urged him never to stop at the level the school is but take it to tertiary level, adding that having witnessed the commissioning of the school few years ago, has seen manifestation of all the promises he made at the commission day.  “The school has facilities also for special children”, he revealed.

In her good will message, the principal of the institution, Mrs.  Faustina Obi, acknowledged Hon. Iduh as a rare gem, role model of humility, and one who demonstrates his Christian life in all his affairs.  “He is man who believes in building structures of, people, students and workers. His contributions are immeasurable “, she said.

The Deputy Senate President of NANS, Comrade Chibuzor Obi on behalf of NANS pledged their loyalty to the leadership of Hon. Iduh, saying, “He has distinguished himself among leaders of sorts.  We are assuring you that we will follow your footsteps of enviable leadership qualities”.
