Elumelu has been the darling of the people of the Aniocha/Oshimili federal constituency from the days he was in the house of Representatives and even now that he has left till date.
He has outlined great programmes for the people of the constituency, just as he built a hospital in his Onicha Uku community which he handed over to the federal medical centre to operate for his people.
