Nigerians on social media have been reacting to the failure of President Muhammadu Buhari to submit his academic credentials to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) ahead of the 2019 elections.
This is the second time the president would not submit his credentials to the electoral body. In 2014, he said his academic certificates were with the military board. He repeated this claim in 2018.
Lere Olayinka, spokesman of Ayodele Fayose, former governor of Ekiti state, has written an open letter to the military to release the credentials of president to INEC.
Meanwhile, here are the things being said bout it on different social media platform.
Once again Buhari has refused to submit his WAEC certificate to INEC. Once again he says that it is with the military authorities.
Even though he has been Commander in Chief for the last few years he has been unable to retrieve them. May God save Nigeria from this man.

Buhari did not tender any academic record to become President, INEC conspired with APC to install a WAEC-LESS President. The whole world must see this, dont stop retweeting. Cc: @BBCAfrica @CNN @AJStream @USEmbassyAbuja @UKinNigeria
Integrity demands that you write to military authorities asking them to forward your credentials to INEC
Even @MBuhari followers are not prepared to accept NEPA Bill for WAEC in 2019
So, Mr President, Wey your certificate?

Dear President Buhari,

Dear Senator Adeleke,
If anyone ask you about your certificate, dont bother, dont be troubled.
Simply tell them, “My Certificate is with WAEC”
Let them go and sort it out there.
The truth is that Nigerians don’t understand with is governance.. Even our judiciary doesn’t understand how to hold there leaders accountable.. How can someone that is running for the sit of President won’t be able to provide his waec? Its a slap on our democracy
We can’t insist that @mbuhari produces his WAEC certificate because if we do, his bloodthirsty supporters might unleash violence on the rest of us.

Buhari claims his WAEC Certificate is with the military.
Buhari is the Commander in Chief of Nigerian Armed Forces.
Somebody tell Buhari the C-in-C to release Buhari the Presidential Aspirant’s WAEC Certificate.
Imagine being educated up to PHD level but you’re defending someone that didn’t write WAEC online. LOL I’d rather just keep quiet and vote. It’s shameful
It’s finally confirmed……
The President of the most populous black nation in the world has no WAEC certificate. 👏👏👏👏
Replying to @AbangMercy
This thing is embarrassing to Nigeria and the rest of us – The President is presiding over Nigeria without any document and the document we are even talking about is the least of academic qualifications in the country – he has spent years out of office unbothered to re-educate
This thing Buhari is doing and walking away with- one day we will all see it in much clearer terms- if INEC is demanding for WAEC, why can’t Buhari approach WAEC for a reissue ? Why does he keep telling that BS story about the military? It is the silliest narrative ever out there
Buhari orders activation of the economy.
Buhari Orders Clampdown On Illegal Security Outfits.
Buhari Orders APC to Capture Kwara
Buhari orders payment of N22.68b to ex-Airways workers.
President Buhari, order the military board to forward your WAEC certicate to INEC!
No decent human being will defend President Buhari’s non-ownership of a WAEC certificate.
