Okowa’s aide makes statement as PDP clears Ndokwa in the national assembly elections

Aide to governor of Delta state, Ossai Ovie Success, has congratulated the people of Ogume community in Ndokwa West local government area for voting against the All Progressives Congress APC in the just concluded elections.

Ossai who is the youngest appointee in the administration of Governor Okowa, noted that the people of Ogume community are people of their words.

He said: “I am overwhelmed over the victory of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in my community Ogume in Ndokwa West. With our Permanent Voters Cards, we have decided to vote for the PDP.

“We are tired of backwardness, we are grateful to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State for making us to believe in the People’s Democratic Party PDP in Delta State.

“Our leaders in Ogume community are trustworthy people and I am proud to be son of Ogume community in Ndokwa West Delta State. Come March 9, we will deliver more votes for Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

“Our people have resolved to stand by Governor Okowa because of the developmental strides witnessed in Delta State, he said, while congratulating people of Ndokwa West for voting peacefully.

During the poll, the Governor’s Aide Ossai together with others won 137 votes for the senatorial candidate Sen Peter Nwaoboshi against APC 14 , also 120 for house of representatives in the unit Hon Ossai N Ossai against APC 12 in Ogbe Ogume Unit 3 Ward 6 Ogume Ndokwa West.
