Comrade (Ambassador) Sheriff B. Mulade is a foresight and visionary personality with great grassroot political pedigree. He is a youth, women and elders oriented fellow.
He is a founder, builder, reformer and ambassador of many grassroots developmental and integration champion within the Warri South West local government area and beyond.
Comrade Mulade started representative leadership and integration of multi-ethnic groups into one voice and one family for common goal is traced back to his early days at Mallard Bay Drilling Rig and Parker Drilling where he was elected to lead the workers as union secretary under NUPENG, that was the beginning of his activism.
He rose to full time grassroots representative and development in 2005 as the President General of the Kokodiagbene Youth Development Movement (KYDM), an umbrella body of the community youths. He was recommended to represent the youths of Egbema and Gbaramatu Kingdom in EGCDC now EGCDF 2006.
During this period he founded the Gbaramatu Youth Council and became the pioneer President General and integrated the whole youths into one umbrella body and other neighbouring kingdom youths within Delta and beyond for non-violence campaign.
In 2008, he was elected as the Secretary General of Kokodiagbene community and equally recommended again as the community representative at the EGCDF and elected financial secretary of the foundation in 2009.

Comrade Sheriff Mulade is a global ambassador of environmental justice, security, and peaceful co-existence with several peace and security accolades. He is the founder Center For Peace and Environmental Justice (CEPEJ).
Therefore, it is pertinent to note that Comrade Mulade’s intention to represent the Ijaws and Itsekiris of Warri South West local government area is no doubt a surprise or gainsaying but a genuine interest and a round peg in a round hole.
Considering the nature and peculiarities of the local government area that is made of two different ethnic groups with four kingdoms; Ogbe-Ijoh, Isaba, Itsekiri and Gbaramatu, its representation is “a big shoe, a big threat” being left behind by Honorable Daniel Mayuku, the current occupant that needs an internationally trained peace, environmental and security technocrat like Comrade Mulade to wear and manage. He lacks no charisma, quality and educational background. He has the influence, the contacts, vision, wisdom, and capacity to develop and integrate the ethnic groups through equity, fairness, and justice when it comes to sharing of dividends of representation.
He has done it in many strata. He can do it again and again, if we all, the Ijaws and Itsekiris of Warri South West vote him as the PDP flagbearer and in the general election come 2019.
Comrade Mulade as a leader with an impeccable integrity has performed very well judging by his previous antecedents. As youth president in 2005, he took our youths to South Africa on a training for non violence approach in ensuring that the interests of the Gbaramatu kingdom are always achieved.
The training on non-violence approach also took the youths of the Niger Delta Region to the United States of America. The Amnesty programme being enjoyed today was as a result of the tireless efforts of Comrade Sheriff Mulade and it is not out of place if he is called MR AMNESTY.
Also, as a Youth President, he ensured that there was peace and harmony among the youths. As Chairman of the community, he hosted the Peace and Unity Cup 2017 tournament as a unification among the Warri South West youths that involves the Ijaw, Itsekiri and Ilaje. He also built boarding school and market square for Kokodiagbene Community amongst other.
Comrade Mulade as the Chairman of Kokodiagbene community, organised an educational quiz and Essay Competition to enhance and encourage riverine students to enable them compete with their counterparts anywhere. The Educational Quiz and Essay competition, first of its kind, was a huge success.
Comrade Sheriff Mulade as a man of peace and an administrator per excellence had in so many ways demonstrated a selfless service to Gbaramatu kingdom and hence posterity will always remember him because of his good deeds. And as a man of impeccable integrity, we need people like him to represent us in any capacity he so wishes because the interest of all within his reach will be protected, especially Warri South West.
So let’s support him in his ambition of becoming a member of the Delta State House of Assembly for the interesting of Warri South West Constituency in 2019. Yes he can! Let us, therefore join hands and do it without godfatherism and favoritism come 2018 primaries of PDP. #ISupportcomrade Sheriff Mulade. Com.
